Cave-Aged Gruyere
This cheese originated in the Cantons of Fribourg in Switzerland and is aged in a cave below the Santenberg of Canton. Cave-Aged Gruyère is made from unpasteurized cow’s milk just like the Comté and is categorized as either an Alpine or Swiss cheese. This cheese has a distinctive semi-sharp ‘swiss’ flavour.
