St. Agur
Saint Agur, a soft type of blue cheese, is made of pasteurized cow’s milk from the village of Beauzac in the Monts du Velay, which is part of the mountainous Auvergne region in Central France.
Pairing: Full bodied red like the Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, or whites like Chardonnay, Riesling, ice wine
